By downloading, installing, or using JoyMeal App (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

JoyMeal provides tools for logging meals, managing recipes, and receiving smart suggestions. All core functionalities operate locally on your device; we do not process your data server‑side without your consent.

You are responsible for all content you log or share.
Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
Respect third‑party rights and applicable laws.

All app name, logos, designs, text, and code are proprietary to JoyMeal or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without permission.

Your data is stored locally and governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to such storage and usage by using the Service.

JoyMeal is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also uninstall the app at any time; uninstalling does not delete local data—use “Clear Data” in Settings to remove logs.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in‑app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
